This policy describes LightCode: Morse & SOS, an iPhone app provided by Pawlystic LLC, and these support pages.

App data

LightCode does not collect, upload, sell or share your message text, Morse input, practice answers or personal information. Message and practice state are held locally for the current app session and are not saved or sent by the app. The app has no registration, advertising SDK, tracking SDK or developer-operated analytics service.

Device capabilities

LightCode controls the rear torch to transmit light. It does not capture camera images, record microphone audio, read your photo library, contacts or location, or use those capabilities to collect information. Sending and practice work offline. Sending temporarily prevents automatic screen locking and restores the previous setting when it ends.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles App Store purchases and payment information. LightCode does not request or receive your card details. Apple may process purchases, downloads, diagnostics or TestFlight information under Apple's own policies and your device settings. This app does not add an analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

Support email

If you choose to email support, you provide the sender address and any information you include. We use that correspondence to reply and resolve your request. Your email provider and our email provider process that correspondence as part of delivering email. Do not include message content or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.

These support pages

These pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms or an app login. Our hosting provider may process basic connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to serve and protect the pages.

Children

LightCode does not request personal information from children or require an age, name or account to use its Morse tools and practice activities.
